Your Wedding & Party Planning Summer School Course fees include:

- Any applicable venue visit or excursion entry fees

Your fees do not include:
- Lunch on Wednesday (venue visits and excursion day)
- Transport to venue visits and excursions (These are all within Zones 1-6 in London)
- Accommodation: this is a Non-Residential course
The following entry requirements apply:
- Minimum age: 15
- Maximum age: 18
- Provision of proof of age
- Under 18's require a parent or guardian's permission to attend the course and excursions
- Competent English language skills (comprehension, spoken and written)
Entry requirements also require agreement with course protocols including:
- No phones or other devices on or visible during class
- Following the venues Health & Safety procedures
- Following your Trainers instructions, especially important on venue visits and excursions
- Being respectful and supportive in class, allowing other class members opportunities to express their opinions and participate without judgement
- Agreement to take a lateral flow test the day before your course commences and provide an honest update of results to our administration
- Agreement to follow Covid19 protocols, including wearing of masks within the public areas of venues and maintaining social distancing as required by the venue or the law at the time of attendance

One of our preferred training venues on the campus is CentrEd at ExCeL, a bespoke training and meeting facility. We also utilise the well-appointed training facilities at ExCeL's on-site hotels - all within minutes of the main ExCeL Exhibition & Convention Centre. Venues may include Aloft, Novotel, Sunborn and The Good Hotel.

One of the benefits of your wedding and party planning summer school course is the experience you will gain from site tours to venues that host weddings, parties and events. We provide the opportunity to see what life as a wedding and party planner entails, when visiting London wedding, event and party venues.
Previous site tours included the wedding, event and party spaces at: Tower Bridge, The Ritz London, Queens House, Cutty Sark, The Savoy, ExCeL London, Sunborn Yacht Hotel, Spencer House, Mandarin Oriental and The Orangery at Kensington Palace.
1. Book and pay for your course place by clicking on the "Book Now" button. This confirms your chosen course place.
- Please note you are booking a London Summer School with the London International Education Group Limited.
2. Within 24 hours, we will email you a registration form which you can complete and return digitally. The registration form asks:
- you to confirm your age as between 16 and 19.
- if you are aged under 18, we will ask for your parent or guardian's details so they can provide permission for you to attend the course and any included excursions.
- for emergency contact details and any disabilities you would like us to be aware of.
- if you wish to book the lunch package for £20 per day (£100 in total provdiding lunch on all five days of the course)
3. We'll email your course confirmation and joining instructions so you know where to go, what to bring and what to expect from your course.
4. The day before your course starts, we'll email you a digital questionnaire to return to us, confirming that:
- you are not experiencing any Covid19 symptoms,
- that you have not been asked to self-isolate by the NHS
- that you have tested negative with a lateral flow test taken within the previous 12 hours

Lunch is included on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
Students must bring their own lunch, or purchase lunch on Wednesday. This is our venue visit and excursion day and we will be off-campus for the full day.
Students are able to purchase snacks and drinks from the cafes and shops on the ExCeL campus.
Please note there is no eating permitted in the training rooms.
On the first morning of their course, students will be advised where lunch will be provided and where they can eat snacks during breaks.
Students are recommended to bring a refillable water bottle as August in London can be a warm time of the year. Water and drinks are permitted in the training rooms.
