Conditions

• Recordings (audio or video) are not permitted during training sessions - however copies of presentations and additional resources will be provided electronically following your course (shared via dropbox.)

• International delegates are responsible for their own Visa arrangements. We are sorry but we cannot provide advice on visa requirements as each person and country situation varies. Please visit gov.uk for guidance

• Course content, host venue, site visits, catering and facilitators are subject to change in exigent circumstances. Replacement arrangements will be made to similar standards.

• We take the health and safety of our course participants seriously and delegates must follow any health and safety procedures as advised by the Host Training Centre, their Facilitator, transport officials or venues visited. Failure to do so, may result in the delegates removal from the course.

• Provision of a Certificate of Completion requires 80% attendance on any 5-day course and and 100% on any 1, 2 or  3 day course. Participants who are unable to achieve the required attendance (ie due to illness or emergency) will be provided with a Statement of Participation for subject areas they were able to attend.

• After booking and paying online, course confirmation and course joining instructions will be emailed witin 24 hours

• For invoice payments- please note that bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. 

 

Cancellation Policy

​

We reserve the right to cancel a course in the event of exigent circumstances. In the unusual event of course cancellation, we will offer you an alternative course option, or credit or full course fees will be refunded.

 

In the case of cancellation by you:

 

• If you cancel your course place up until 4 weeks in advance of the scheduled start date, there is a 10% cancellation fee and 90% of fees will be refunded.

• If you cancel within 4 weeks of the scheduled start date, there is a 100% cancellation fee and no refund applies.

Agreement to Course Protocols

​

Entry requirements require agreement with course protocols including:
 

• Following the venues Health & Safety procedures

• Following your Trainers instructions, especially important on venue visits and excursions

• Being respectful and supportive in class, allowing other class members opportunities to express their opinions and participate without judgement
